Terms and Conditions

1. Membership and Enrollment :

• All students must complete a registration form and pay the applicable membership fees before participating in any class or session.

• Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.

• RDS Fight Club reserves the right to deny or terminate membership at any time for violation of these terms or misconduct.

2. Class Attendance and Conduct :

• Students must arrive on time and wear proper training attire.

• Respect towards coaches, staff, and fellow members is mandatory at all times.

• Disruptive or aggressive behavior will result in immediate dismissal from class and possible termination of membership.

3. Health and Safety :

• All members must disclose any medical conditions or injuries before participating.

• Participation in MMA, boxing, and fitness training involves physical contact and risk of injury. By enrolling, members accept these risks.

• RDS Fight Club is not liable for any personal injuries sustained during training, unless caused by gross negligence.

4. Facility Use :

• Members are responsible for their personal belongings. RDS Fight Club is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

• Members must treat gym equipment and facilities with care. Damages due to misuse may be charged to the member.

5. Payments and Fees :

• All membership fees must be paid in advance on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis.

• Late payments may incur a late fee and suspension of training privileges.

• Prices are subject to change with prior notice.

6. Photography and Media :

• RDS Fight Club may take photos or videos during training sessions for marketing purposes.

• By joining, you consent to the use of your image for promotional content unless you opt-out in writing.

7. Cancellations and Refunds :

• Membership cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.

• No refunds will be issued for partial months or unused classes.

8. Minors :

• Members under 18 must have written parental/guardian consent.

• Guardians are responsible for ensuring the minor adheres to all academy rules.

9. Code of Ethics :

• RDS Fight Club promotes discipline, respect, and self-improvement. Any behavior contradicting these values will not be tolerated.

10. Changes to Terms :

• RDS Fight Club reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes.
